Conservation Area
A technical drawing package is being assembled for ground, first and loft floor alterations and extensions to this property in a Conservation Area of Guildford.
The proposals include the creation of a three-storey high atrium though the entrance hall and larger, open plan spaces to the ground floor.
Two-storey Rear Extension - Wonersh
A modest, three-bedroom, detached property has been transformed with a new open plan living and dining room and fully-glazed galley kitchen with views through to the garden. A new family bathroom and master bedroom has also been added at first floor level in a contemporary language.
Reconfiguration & Loft Conversion

Having already been extended two-storeys some years ago, this project was primarily to convert the large under-utilised loft space into a beautiful master bedroom with ensuite. It also provided an opportunity to explore how the client wished to use the ground floor and to enhance the kitchen - dining - living relationship.

Stylish timber window and door framing from Sweden sets this project apart.

A spacious kitchen extension with high-pitched ceiling and feature window is proposed to the rear of this 1910 dwelling.
Technical drawings are now complete and awaiting a signed building contract.
Ground Floor Extension - London
Single-storey side and rear extensions have now been completed to this semi-detached property in Northolt. Planning was carefully navigated to ensure the clients obtained a beautiful open plan kitchen / diner / living space to the rear, opening out onto the garden. An additional snug was created with ensuite shower room.
